The leather is soft and allows free movement with your ankle. The buckles are made of wide metal lever that is easy to snap TIGHT, with replaceable plastic loops. The "leg" fits really snug and has a tapered elastic top that keeps out rocks and debris that might have a tendency to get into the boot from the top! The neoprene soles are perfect for walking sections and It's amazing how much better they stick to a steep incline than normal boots! Our First choice!! GAERNE Balance oiled boots. In American FULL sizes up to 13 . The new 2008 models are now in stock, featuring Natural leather with black accent and new sole design with ankle protector.
